Are ther any loopholes in Residential Tenancy Agreement to buy me a few more weeks before eviction??? - residential tenancy agreement form ontario
I am currently behind on rent. After months of difficult to do things that we are able to achieve at the forefront of things. However, my landlord, who now wants to maintain full and has just had a cancellation. I know I can be a day in the next 6-8 weeks and are on top of things, but give me time. I know it will go to court and will not accept an agreement. Are there any gaps, so I can buy some time? there grounds in fact possible, could file an extension? I am so desperate as things started to look good is happening.
