I am one of those people who ate too much chocolate and too many snacks at the wrong time of day for months and removed a few stones. I know I should diet and exercise, but it is difficult. I used to be very active, athletic and fit and appear in a rut. I need a kick start and was surprised at the reserve in rehab for a week or two. Has anyone taken aboard, and what were the results? Where was and how much does it cost? How long will the initial benefits?
