Can someone please tell me if this is a cockroach! :S? - what colour are cockroach poo

Hello guys and gals, I have this little bug in my room, I got into a panic that he is a cockroach, but I can not find that a simlar look, but I just read that "More than 300 species, has a round head, then a little behind the thing, and oval, like a cockroach, a Reddy is dark brown and very short antenna (which is what it means?)
