How sick is my father-in-law? - my cat has cirrhosis

My father-in-law was undergoing kidney dialysis for a year and suffers from diabetes. Poor circulation in the legs, with the hardening of the skin by nephrogenic fibrosing dermopathy (NFD). Last week went to the doctor to see why he digestive problems (diarrhea, has been) very often and swelling in the stomach. The TAC has probably shown that the liver cirrhosis.

After reading what I wrote, I wonder why I post the same question. I think I'm in denial about how sick he is.
